Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s uncertain future, reportedly will soon has a realization as reports strongly suggesting that the former Sweden international could finally make his return to AC Milan.
According to reports from Italian media a potential six month deal could very well be agreed by both parties which will make Ibrahimovic part of Rossoneri squad since January until next summer.
There’s also potential extension being considered under certain clauses, such as Milan’s success in reaching the Champions League for next season, but the initial deal would just be for six months.
Despite continuous denial from Ibrahimovic’s latest club, LA Galaxy, but there seems to be such strong beliefs, notably from Italian press that the 37-year-old is Milan bound.
The Red and Black squad themselves have been rather short in numbers up front, since Gennaro Gattuso’s recent decision to play with two up front which requires them in getting at least another player up front.
Although there’s been some doubts regarding Ibrahimovic’s current age and ability to perform in top European league again after his long injury, but Rossoneri are prepare to take the gamble as they are only looking for an alternative solution.
The Red and Black squad already have Gonzalo Higuain along with Patrick Cutrone as their main two options, but certainly in need for another piece that can help them out and it looks like Zlatan is the choice.
Another candidate being considered by Milan’s management apparently is also a former player, Alexandre Pato, but his contract situation in China is making it less probable.
