The rumors claiming that Cristiano Ronaldo set to leave Real Madrid is apparently true as the player and Los Blancos themselves pretty confirmed it in recent statements.
Madrid stated on their official statement regarding the super star’s departure, while adding that Juventus are the next destination for CR7.
Ronaldo himself also shared his thoughts of leaving Los Blancos after nine years, stating how he cherish all of his time at Santiago Bernebau and forever grateful towards the club and their fans.
Moreover, the Portuguese international added that he believes it’s simply the best time for him to leave Madrid and start his new adventure.
Despite already reaching the age of 33, CR7 transfer reportedly still going to cost Juve about 100 million Euro, plus 30 million /year in wages.
Certainly a massive number for the Italian giant, as although they have been successful in recent years, it remain to be seen what kind of sacrifices they will be making for this type of deal.
Nevertheless, seeing how fit and in shape Ronaldo has been recently, the Old Lady seemingly confident that they are going to reap mare benefits rather than the negatives with the signing.
