Arsenal have completed the signing of Greece international Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge on a long-term deal, adding the highly-rated winger to Mikel Arteta’s squad ahead of the new season.
The 24-year-old joins the Gunners after an impressive spell in Belgium, where he registered 43 goals and 45 assists in 108 appearances for Club Brugge across all competitions.
Tzolis came through the ranks at PAOK Thessaloniki and made his mark by helping the Greek club lift the 2021 Greek Cup, scoring five goals in four matches during the competition.
He moved to Norwich City later that year and enjoyed a dream debut, scoring twice and providing two assists in a 6-0 Carabao Cup win over Bournemouth. Loan spells at FC Twente and Fortuna Düsseldorf followed before he secured a permanent move to Club Brugge in July 2024.
The winger flourished in Belgium, playing a pivotal role in Club Brugge’s Belgian Cup triumph in 2025 and their Belgian Pro League title-winning campaign in 2025/26. His outstanding performances also earned him the Belgian Pro League Player of the Season award in back-to-back seasons.
On the international stage, Tzolis has represented Greece 34 times since making his senior debut in October 2020.
Reacting to the signing, Arsenal Sporting Director Andrea Berta described Tzolis as an exciting addition to the squad.

Tzolis will wear Arsenal's No. 17 shirt and has already joined his new teammates at the Sobha Realty Training Centre for pre-season preparations.
The club added that the transfer is subject to the completion of the necessary regulatory procedures.
