Naija Brain reports that an X user identified as @iam_Mardiyyah shared a fabricated story alleging that Mo Bimpe's husband, actor Lateef Adedimeji, had filed for divorce after a hospital in Ilorin reportedly rejected his blood donation for one of their supposed triplets. The post further claimed that a DNA test later revealed Lateef was not the children's biological father.
The viral post read in part: "Popular Nigerian actor Lateef Adedimeji has filed for divorce from his wife after the Ilorin General Hospital rejected his blood donation... The result shows that Lateef is not the biological father of the kids."
Reacting through her Instagram Story on Tuesday, Mo Bimpe described the claims as malicious and warned that the troll had crossed the line by dragging innocent children into the false narrative.
She wrote: "I don't want to hear justice for whatever your stupid name is by the time I am ready for you! You silly trolls have constantly trolled me on these platforms for years and I've been quiet, but what I wouldn't take is you bringing your stupidity to my children!!! Be warned! I won't hesitate to take the right action if need be."
The actress also condemned the use of fake, AI-generated images alongside the fabricated story, adding: "It's the nerve to post fake/AI pictures together with fabricated lies for me! Such effrontery!"
