Rema Addresses Alleged Fight With Davido [VIDEO]

Nigerian Afrobeats star, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has addressed rumours of an alleged feud between him and fellow music star, Davido.

Rema spoke about the speculation in a video circulating on social media and sighted by NAIJABRAIN.

During an interview with Ebro Darden and Laura Stylez, the ‘Calm Down’ hitmaker dismissed claims that he has had issues with Davido or other artistes in the Nigerian music industry.

The interviewer asked Rema about his current relationship with other Afrobeats artistes, referencing an alleged past disagreement with Davido.

The interviewer said, “What is the relationship today between you and other Afrobeats artistes? You and David had problems in the past.”

Responding, Rema described the claim as a rumour and maintained that he has always respected established artistes in the industry.

He said, “That’s rumours. Omo, that is rumours ooo. Like, from day one, I’ve never had problems with artistes. I’m saying I have so much respect for the OGs.

“I don’t look for no one trouble. I just want to make good music, I don’t want to fight.”
