Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has playfully reprimanded her colleague, Eniola Badmus, following the actress' recent public dispute with a makeup artist.

Naija Brain reports that the controversy began after Badmus took to social media to express frustration over a makeup artist who allegedly failed to honour a scheduled appointment.

The actress also shared the makeup artist's phone number online and urged her followers to call the individual out.

Responding to the allegation, the makeup artist maintained that the appointment had not been confirmed because no advance payment was made. She explained that her business policy requires clients to pay a deposit before bookings are secured, adding that she only addressed the issue publicly after receiving numerous online threats.

In a video shared on Snapchat on Saturday, Akindele jokingly confronted Badmus over the incident.

"Badosky, why were you misbehaving online?" she asked.

The award-winning actress recalled repeatedly advising Badmus against engaging in social media confrontations.

"I have told you to stop fighting and abusing people online. What you did is totally wrong. If you can't let me correct you, don't visit me," Akindele said in a light-hearted tone.

Meanwhile, Badmus recently dismissed allegations circulating on social media describing her as a "private pimp."

The viral post, accompanied by the actress' photographs, accused her of allegedly connecting young women with movie directors, industry executives and politicians for exploitation, while also claiming the network facilitated her entry into politics.

Reacting to the claims, Badmus described the allegations as false, defamatory and aimed at attracting attention. She stated that the appropriate authorities would handle the matter.
