In footage from the burial, several men were seen digging a grave within the compound while mourners stood by.
Her remains, wrapped in white cloth, were later carried to the burial spot as relatives, friends and sympathisers gathered around to pay their final respects.
Reports following her death claimed that Ferrari died after developing complications from fibroid surgery. However, her family has not released an official medical statement confirming the reported cause of death.
Nollywood actress Oluwakemisola Apesin, popularly known as Kemity, was among those who announced Ferrari’s death on social media.
Mourning her colleague in an Instagram post, Kemity wrote: “Everybody is back home we left only you IDERA Nimmyferrari it is well.”
