Nollywood actress Jumoke Odetola has announced a major career shift, revealing that she has stepped away from acting to pursue ministry.

Naija Brain reports that the actress made the announcement while addressing concerns from fans about her recent absence from the screen.

In a post shared on her Instagram page on Saturday, Jumoke revealed that she is now a minister of God and has entered a new spiritual season.

The actress also appealed to her fans and followers for prayers as she responds to what she described as God’s call.

“I’m now a minister of God. I am entering a new season with God. I need all the prayers in this season.

 

“When God compels you, you may delay, but you cannot escape the call.”
