In the For Bunmi documentary, the “Cash App” hitmaker characterized music as a form of warfare, highlighting its deeper purpose and impact.
According to him, music plays multiple roles—it drives progress, promotes goodwill, and helps maintain emotional balance. He noted that it can uplift people’s spirits, help them cope with pain, and inspire a sense of awareness and vitality.
Bella Shmurda also revealed that becoming a father has influenced his musical direction. He said he is now more intentional about the kind of music he creates, with the hope that his children will one day feel proud of his work.
