Regina Daniels Rules Out Marriage But Vows to Have More Kids: "I Must Have a Daughter"

Nollywood star Regina Daniels has given fans a glimpse into her future family plans, revealing a desire for more children despite her recent, highly publicized split from estranged husband Senator Ned Nwoko.

The couple, who wed in 2019 amidst intense public scrutiny over their age gap, share two sons. However, their marriage hit a breaking point in late 2025, spiraling into a messy public feud. Nwoko publicly accused the actress of substance abuse, while Daniels fiercely fired back, accusing the politician of manipulation, psychological control, and physical abuse.

Stepping away from the drama, Daniels opened up during a recent TikTok livestream with content creator Jarvis, declaring that she is officially done with marriage. However, her journey with motherhood is far from over.

“I want to have six children and I have two already, two boys," Daniels shared. "It’s so crazy, but for some reason, I have checked my mind out from getting married. But I am going to have a girl, and I must have a girl.”

Explaining her strong desire for a daughter, the actress noted a distinct difference in how genders prioritize family later in life. “Men will grow, get married, and focus more on building a family. But for a woman, she will always remember home,” she added, emphasizing her belief that daughters provide better care for their parents in their old age.
