Ubi Franklin Regrets Having Children With Different Women, Warns Men Against 'Babymama Drama'
Nigerian music executive, Ubi Franklin, has revealed that having children with different women is the biggest regret of his life, advising young men to avoid making the same mistake.
Naija Brain reports that Franklin made the revelation in a recent video shared on his Instagram page, where he reflected on some of the decisions he wishes he could change.
According to the music executive, he regrets being involved in what is commonly referred to as "babymama drama" and believes he would have chosen a different path if given another opportunity.
He said, "I regret having children with different women. I wish that some things had not happened in my life, and this is one of them. I wish I had taken a different road on it."
Franklin stressed that his regret is not about the responsibility of caring for his children but the emotional challenges that come with co-parenting with multiple mothers.
Addressing young men, he urged them not to allow financial success or personal achievements influence such life-changing decisions.
"No matter the money that you think you have, no matter what you think you are doing, trust me, that should never be anything that you are going to do or a decision you're going to make in your life," he said.
He added, "Taking care of them is not the problem, but managing the emotions of the adults who are their mothers. So, I want to tell you something as young people, please and please, no matter the money you have or the life you want to live, let babymama drama not be part of it."
Ubi Franklin's comments have since sparked conversations on social media, with many users sharing differing opinions on relationships, co-parenting, and personal responsibility.
